Attorney Robert G. Lyman, a partner with the Albany firm of Roemer & Featherstonhaugh, is forming his own practice, effective Monday.
Lyman will concentrate on corporate law, commercial and residential real estate, municipal law and municipal finance.
The practice will be based at 600 Broadway in Albany.
Lyman is a former partner in the firm of Burke, Cavalier and Lyman, which in a 1986 merger became Herzog, Engstrom, Burke, Koplovitz, Cavalier & Lyman.
